Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. At Dexel Watches we voluntarily extend this period to 30 days.

Complete the form below to notify us of your withdrawal. You may also send any other unequivocal statement to help@dexelwatches.com.

To Dexel Watches (help@dexelwatches.com): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods.

How the return works

  1. Send this form (or email us).
  2. We reply within 3 business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the watch unworn, in its original packaging.
  4. Ship it back using the instructions we provide.
  5. Your refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving the watch, or of receiving proof that you sent it back.

Conditions

  • Statutory withdrawal period: 14 days from delivery. Dexel extends it to 30 days.
  • The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Buy 1, Get 1 Free orders: both watches must be returned together for a full refund.
  • Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are covered by our Returns & Warranty policy at our cost.
