The bracelet is sized by removing links. Any watch shop does it in a few minutes, usually for free, or you can do it yourself with a link removal tool and the spare links stay with you.
3 ATM is a 30-metre water resistance rating. In daily use that covers rain, hand washing and accidental splashes. It is not built for swimming, showering or diving, and the crown should always be pushed fully in.
